The Father is not going to make us live our lives by his guidelines, but what he’s saying is this: if you love me the way you say you do, then you will want to live your life by that which pleases me. And having sons and daughters who will do my will, and be obedient to the things that I say regardless of what maybe said by others, well then, you are his huckleberry. lol. There I go again, and so early this time. Anyway, Father, I am your huckleberry, however you want it to be done, I will go for it knowing that you got my back. You know that the Father just loves to hear how much, and how important it is to his sons and daughters to do his will, and to be about his business at any age. You do remember how the child Jesus, if you can really ever call Jesus a child, since he has been around since before the world was disguised as the Word; and this child, Jesus, was just about to really crank it up to set his parents straight as he begins to remind them of how he should be about his Father’s business even at the ripe old age of twelve: Luke 2:49, “And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business?” However, it hit the child Jesus just before he could reach full stride, and cross the parental red line; and just as a poet would reach down to pull out some of the best writings from deep experiences, Jesus having been the Word since forever, reached down to pull out some of his best writings that were first given to Moses back in the day, and he now puts on reserve for the Apostle Paul to bring forth for all children to hear in just a few short upcoming years a very appropriate writing to this moment that he will use for himself: Ephesians 6:1-3, “Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. 2) Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise; 3) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.” And that took care of that as the family continued on their journey back to their own city Nazareth. Jesus would go on to receive the promise from keeping that Word, and living his life by the Father guidelines: Luke 2:51-52, “ And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart. 52) And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.”
The Father was indeed well pleased with Jesus for his willing to come down from heaven, and take on this major operation to not just pay the price in death for our sin debt, but to establish the expansion into the earth with the kingdom of heaven annexation known as the Church. However, we have a reason to look forward to, in another way in which the Father looked upon Jesus and was well pleased, because the Father wants to look upon us in the same way and be well pleased with us too. Ok, I know that we are not Jesus thank God, because Jesus was the only one who could have pulled that off, but what do each of us have in us given to us from the Father to go and pull off, uh? That is the same thing that Jesus had from the Father, the thing given to him, given to us, to go pull off as we like Jesus live our lives by the Father’s guidelines. What is this thing that you have, that Jesus had, simply because the Father has giving it to each of us. We know what Jesus had given to him, and that it was that thing given to Jesus that also pleased the Father. Now don’t get me wrong, but please do get me right: you know how we just stand there looking over our great creations that we put our hands to here on earth, and just be well pleased with what we have done. It can be a great barbecue where you just threw down, and it was heard about all around town; it could have been a line of clothing that literally knock the socks off the designing heads; and it could have been a sermon brought forth in such a way that you are still trying to fulfill all of the back log of orders requesting that sermon like none ever before: and from what image and likeness were you made from in which that could have come from? Oh yeah, the apple does not fall far from the tree, so let’s take a look see of when the Father first let us know of how well pleased he was with his only begotten son. This type of well pleasing is done early in the process right before that special thing given to the created goes to make room for itself, as the creator does not require any initial glory from the special thing given to the created, for that would only diminish the joy felt because of all that which was totally performed by the creator as the creator already knows the greatness of his work before he is even told. In Matthew 3:17, “And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” The Father already knows how great Jesus art, and Jesus has not even done one miracle yet, but the creator and the giver of that special thing already knows that he knows. And even before anything was done here, the Father knew that all the special thing should in him dwell: Colossians 1:19, “For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell.” Now this is what I want to leave you with, what is the special thing that the Father has already put in you because he already knows that it should be there if you are to succeed Living Your Life By The Father Guidelines. And this special thing is not there because of what you did to give it to yourself, but it is there because of what the Father decided should be there before you did anything to lay claim to it. Now, go and be that special thing, and let it make room for you as you make the room “Living Your Life By The Father Guidelines: Proverbs 18:16, “A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.”
