The Father was not Jesus’ only move because there was no other way out but to drink the cup of death before him: the Father was Jesus only move because Jesus knew that the Father was the only one with any move for him at all. When Peter smote off the ear of one of the soldiers for attempting to lay hands on Jesus, he was rebuked by Jesus for doing it. Let’s read what Jesus said to Peter in Matthew 26:53, Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? Then Jesus goes on to explain his reason to Peter in the next verse, verse 54 reads, but how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be? This is what makes Father have your only move: when you keep his word as your only focus then you keep the Father having your only move. It all comes back to Father. Isaiah 55:11, So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Now if Father’s word is not your only focus, then Father becomes not your only move. And when Father becomes not your only move, then you open up all kind of cans of whoop word all around you. You got Peter opening up a can of smote your ear off word that didn’t come from the Father. Now if Jesus doesn’t set things back in order, we have ten others less the traitor, and he get’s it started, about ready to open up all kind of whoop words that the Father never spoke. Have you been around someone that offered you all kind of options right after you just spent so much time with them preparing them for this coming moment? Well, you know what that means? It means that they have not heard a word that you said, and are about to start your troubles by opening up a can of whoop word on you that was never spoken by God. Jesus would not have asked Peter about his Father’s willingness to send twelve legions of angels down for his defense if this was about a physical battle of shear numbers: Jesus responded to Peter as such as to release his frustration of him not believing that his hour was now at hand. After all this time, if there was only one to get it right, Jesus figured that it would be the rock to get it right. I know that you have been there before too, the one you thought was up to speed with you, was not even on your track.

When you start hearing all the different options coming after you, and none of them contains any word that you have received from God, stay focused on the word from God and set anything right that someone opens up in front of you. If you could be held responsible for all the cans of whoop word that’s been opened against you, you would be dead already. Father wants you to be skilled in the same manner as Jesus was: to stay focused on his word because it makes him you only move, and that you fix or set straight any word opened up in front of you that is not from the Father because that word will open up trouble for you if you leave it alive. 1 Timothy 1:18, “This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;” You can only war a good warfare if you are aware of the war on you: You are not charged according to what is said unawares, but you are charged according to that said which was opened up in front of you, and you didn’t fix it. So keep Father as the one holding your only move, by keeping the word that went forth before thee as your only focus.
