There will be a lot of stuff, or noise that will come our way as we walk out the Will of God in our lives. The word itself is the key to knowing the Will of God; therefore, we need to make sure that we learn how to hear it. It will seldom ever come to us alone by safe passage way, for when it comes, all that can will come with it: the word is life, and all that lives will want to take the life that it gives for themselves. When ever the word comes to town, the airways are just filled with all others as they make an effort to be heard by you in the space made for the word to be heard by you. We know that the faith we need to move forth cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God; therefore, similar to a home playoff game, there will be much noise made by the enemy to make it hard for us to hear the word that needs to be heard. There are plenty of noise makers out and about us, but it really comes down to the two main players in the fight in which we really have to deal with: the natural man and the spirit man. Handle The Noise, But Focus For The Still Small Voice.

When it comes to the natural man and the spirt man; well, these are two men that carry noise that we either want to hear, or can not get away from hearing. The spirit man is the man in which we want to hear; and that leaves the natural man as the one in which we just can not get away from hearing. The thing that we can do with the natural man is to learn how to handle the noise from him in which we hear. The thing that we can do with the spirit man in who we do want to hear from is to learn how to focus beyond the other noise until we can hear the still small voice of the spirit man. They will both be speaking at the same time, and this will not be by chance; but it will be by counter response hearing. The natural man will counter the response of the thing that we hope for by the spirit man with an all out attempt to get us to hear him first. The natural man is not so smart, and he is depending on us to mistake his response as the answer over the spirit man’s response. This is the same situation that Elijah found himself hearing a lot of outside noise along with the noise of natural man as he was trying to find the focus to find the still small voice of God. Handle The Noise, But Focus For The Still Small Voice.

Let’s read all the outside noise in which Elijah was having to hear while on the run, and all this after God had given him a great victory. Man, or woman, if we are going to run after a great victory; then, what are we going to be doing up unto we receive the great victory? Anyway, check out all of this outside noise; and don’t forget that both the natural man as well as the spirit man are trying to also be heard. 1 Kings 19:11-13, “And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake: ¹² And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. ¹³ And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah? Wow, we have to be able to handle the outside noise, the natural man noise; but what we want to do is be focused and patient in order to hear the still small voice of God through it all. And at times if the natural man really comes hard at you, then call on the fruit of the spirit; and the fruit of the spirit will enable you to more than overcome complaining, fussing, anxiousness, or whatever else you may have to hear. Now listen to hear the word of God! Handle The Noise, But Focus For The Still Small Voice.
