In one of the western movies that I love to watch; and by the way, the star in this movie is my all time favorite western movie star. This star came across a group of people who panned for gold to make their living. He had unintentionally earned their trust and given them faith, first when they “heard” how he had prevented the bad people from badly hurting one of their own while he was in town. And secondly when the people in the camp saw what they had heard earlier manifest right before their eyes: this person prevented more harm, and injury from happening to them when more trouble came to their camp. Now who can blame the people of this camp for following any of the words heard spoken from their new guest, for he had proven on at least two accounts to have possibly save some of their lives; and at the least to have saved many of them from major bodily harm. Now here is the problem that this group that panned gold for a living faced. Their faith as all faith does, instantly showed its connection to the creator that instilled this magnetic power in man in the first place. The Godhead went forth in making man in their image, after their likeness; therefore, faith from God or God’s likeness would be no respecter of person as faith is dealt to every man. Romans 12:3, “For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. So God himself has dealt to every man among you, not just every saved man among you; but to every man among you the measure of faith. All man among us must live among us; and whether the man be saved or not saved, the man will need some measure of faith to operate properly. Father Wants To Handle The Hope That We Build Up!

We need to look at the problem that this group had as their faith proceeded to do what faith does, regardless of who gave it to them, or without respect of persons from which it came. Oh, and let’s also say this first on behalf of the one who originally dealt to every man the measure of faith, God. Why would God give to man a power like faith to where it can be drawn to, and given by anyone as it is no respecter of persons? This is an easy one if you look at if from God’s perspective; and I will need to give you only a couple of offerings before I move on. The first is that when God decided to make man in his likeness, and after his image, it was a done deal. God made man in the beginning on the sixth day to look only to him when in need when he dealt to man the measure of faith. God did not plan for the man to be dealt faith from just any man, and for that man to then be responsible for handling the hope of that faith. My second offering to you can be found all through out the Bible, and all through out our daily lives. When it comes to having the resources to bring to pass the thing hoped for, then you have to be ready to move in faith with whatever transportation delivered you the faith. Plus most people with the resources that we need are not necessarily bad people, but most are definitely not saved people: faith is no respecter of person. Do you believe that when the two spies in which Joshua sends to see the land found themselves in need of an escape, that they told Rahab, the prostitute, not to give them faith? I don’t believe so according to scripture; and matter of fact when she dealt them faith to escape, she included a little something with it for herself: save me when you come through the land to ….., you know the rest. It is so many examples of this in the Bible, and in our day to day lives in which we actually live through all the time; therefore, I have no doubt that faith is not a respecter of person: so when faith comes to handle the thing that you hope for, then sail on with it. The spies hoped for a way of escape, it came by chance, and they took it. Oh, the Bible is big on chance, but that doesn’t mean that we have to take the faith that comes to fill our hope if it is something that will not make the Father happy with us. We must not get faith which comes by chance, as well as by God’s provision, twisted with any wrong doing. If we see faith that results in wrong doing, it is not the fault of faith, but the fault of the person who hoped for it. Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” The reason why faith is free to not be a respecter of person is that it is a by product of the hope of the person in need. It is the person hoping who needs to be a respecter of what they hoped for, because it is the hope of the person that determines the faith that come. If we are hoping for the thing that we need, want or desire according to the Will of the Father for our lives, it doesn’t ultimately matter the person that deals, or delivers us the faith. God was not expecting us to hope for things that are not in his Will when he made man, and when he dealt out to man the measure of faith in his likeness and after his image. If this is true about man, the substance that comes of the things hoped for will be just fine, if the hoping is coming from the menu in God’s likeness, and after his image. Oh, I didn’t forget about the group in the first paragraph of this post that panned gold to make a living; and the problem that they faced being dealt faith by their new guest. The problem is that the new guest may have brought the natural faith to match the spiritual faith that God has dealt to every man. However, the guest does not want the job, or know that the job is his to handle; and until the guest accepts the job to deliver the natural faith that has stirred up the spiritual faith inside of this group, they have the problem of remaining patient until the guest gets it. The thing hoped for from the group is to have peace, and be left along by the bad people. The guest showed the group that he is capable of delivering on their hope if he is given time to come around. The guest stirred up the faith in the souls of the group’s members when he showed them the faith substance manifested out side of them in the natural. You see, the group’s guest, the gun man; like Rahab, the prostitute, who helped the two spies in the land escape; they are just pieces of the process that fell into the big picture of God. It could have been other pieces that God used for faith will draw what is needed to respect the HOPE; and because FAITH is the SUBSTANCE of things hoped for, we will be going wherever the HOPE is stirred up to find the SUBSTANCE that is needed to bring the hope to pass. Well, the group that panned gold for a living, did get what they hoped for as the guest was the natural substance, or the natural faith to make the thing hoped for manifest. Always remember to pay attention when you hear natural substance out side of you that stirs up the spiritual substance of the hope that’s inside of you: the faith dealt to you by God is trying to tell you by the stirring that it’s on to something. Walk with it, and join the two together! Father Wants To Handle The Hope That We Build Up!
