Once we find out how to get to the greater things of God, why would we want to settle for anything less again? Jesus has always taught us that we have to ascend further in God in order to have the greater things in life. Matter of fact, he made it clear to his original Apostles that if they did not want to settle for Jerusalem, that they would need more of God in order to fulfill the word that he had given to them. Luke 24:49, “And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.” The Apostles had clearly been given the word of God from the “Word” himself in person; however, Jesus made it quite clear that without power from on high, don’t go forth yet with the word only. Many times we do go forth with the word only, only to end up settling for a fold less than the fold desired. Now the word alone is able to provide the fold desired if the word was planted in good ground; for example, so much had been done already in Jerusalem under the name of Jesus that the word alone could move many of the mountains of the people in need. If the Apostles go and take that word to other parts where Jesus had not earlier frequent or visited or news of him reached that area yet; then the word is going to need to tag it’s partner in the Godhead for little help, if you know what I mean: talk is cheap, but it becomes a solid rock when you have the power to back it up. When I went back home to my class reunion last June, just the mention of my name along with a word request still opened up doors that I hadn’t walked through for decades. Now take that same word request of mine over to Seattle Washington or Poughkeepsie, New York, or almost anywhere else, USA; and see what that word request with my name gets you without some power behind it: yeah, a cup of coffee with a dollar fifty cent. lol. Once You Go Further Toward Father The Greater, You Won’t Settle For Again.
The thing that you want to look for in a faith operation when deciding whether to go further toward Father or not, is based on having the evidence seen of the thing that you hoped for. If you have been in the process of a faith operation for a hour, a week, a year, or for how ever long bringing to pass the thing that you hoped for; and if you don’t yet have it manifested, stopping at that point means that you will settle for what you have now. If it is not manifested yet, then we want to go further toward Father the greater, and not settle for that which is not our hope. The Bible lets us know that fold production depends on two main things: when we plant a seed (the gospel or the word), first we will need good ground for the seed to fall on, and second we will need the fulness of the Godhead in operation. The fulness of the Godhead is the only way to increase our fold because we get to increase our power applied to the word as we go further toward Father. Matthew 13:8, “ But other (seed) fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit,” some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.” This is a great example of why Jesus told the Apostles to wait for power before they continue sowing seeds amongst the people with different types of ground. Jesus also told them that they had to wait for the power to go toward Father; or they would have to settle with the thirtyfold from the Word if the power did not come. John 16:7, “Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. Jesus again is the perfect example to follow here, for Jesus being the Word also in the Godhead operation, knows exactly how the process works. Since Jesus had come and finished his work as the son of man, Jesus, the Word in the Godhead, has to leave before the transformation of the Holy Ghost can be sent to us. There is but one God; therefore, in order for the one God to function as one God, two of the Godheads can not be present at the same time: so it was indeed expedient for the Apostles for Jesus, the Word in the Godhead, to leave in order for the Apostles to go further toward Father in the form of the Holy Ghost. If we, as did the Apostles, want to increase our fold from the Word, then we will need to not settle; and take the word to full faith in order to finish it for the Holy Ghost to enter in next. If you are at a holding place with the word, and you don’t have what you hoped for yet; go make sure you have done all that can be done with the faith substances in which the word brought to you. Now that you are at full faith in the Word, do not settle for what you have. Go usher in the Holy Ghost through spiritual prayer, and right on into the thing that you need the Holy Ghost to do: power faith, working of miracles, gifts of healings, word of wisdom or whatever you need from him that he has to increase the fold of that word toward that which you hoped for. Once the Holy Ghost is done moving, if you missed the time and season or if the word holds your hope hostage like it did Hezekiah; then still don’t settle. Now go to the Father to see if he will bring your hope to that hundredfold as he did in changing the word of God to 15 more years of life for Hezekiah; and always remember that God is no respecter of person.
