Father: The Drive To Father Requires That We Shift Faith Gears.

If you have ever driven a car with a stick, or a car that is not an automatic; then you know a lot about the importance, and necessity of knowing when to shift gears. You have leaned, and can now shift as one with the stick, into the next required gear just as smooth as the spread of butter can be. Shifting into the next required gear, as smooth as the spread of butter can be, does not start out that way for most of us; but it does start out for us at the place of our faith. In this true scenario, my faith had started out when I spoke the word aloud amongst friends the thing that I hoped for just in a casual get together. Man, or woman, we never really know when our faith may just pop out; and expose itself for the opportunity to just go to work on our behalf. And we know when faith has come forth because it will be something that we had already hoped for, but still do not have: Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” I had just finished college, and had to move to New Orleans for my first job. I had already went to U-Haul to see about renting a truck to move with, but the thing that I needed in which I could not do, yep, it required that I be able to drive a stick shift. Now my faith wasn’t inclusive toward driving a stick shift, however, that is the faith that began to be dressed or began to be made to manifest. I was not aware at that time how a word would be made to manifest, nor was I even thinking in terms of an ongoing faith operation. I was just doing normal life functions, and moving forward to reach my goals as the resources were provided. Now with hindsight, and also knowing a lil somp somp about faith, I can see how the faith operation was working on my behalf even at that early stage, and age of life. I had to remember that I was still a Christian at that time, and even though I did not have half the clue that I do now, I was still operating in certain benefits that a Christian receives because of the grace of God. And to be totally truthful, I believe that there is also that certain measure of faith given to all mankind just so they can function in their day to day lives. We know according to John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” We can read here in the word that God so loved the world, that he gave the world his only begotten Son: let’s stop there for a minute. If he gave the world his only begotten Son, then he also gave the world the grace to be saved. We are all sinners saved by the grace of God; and if we are going to do the second half of John 3:16, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” We will need to have faith before being saved, some type of faith, in order to come to Jesus by faith; and this is where we can see the faith to function in our day to day lives being given to every man. Romans 12:3, “For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.” When you go to most Church services, and the doors of the Church are open, or when a call to come to Jesus is offered, what do we usually see? We usually see men and women among us who are not yet saved, and because a measure of faith is given to every man among us, today could be the day that those men and women are saved. It is also why we have preachers and teachers of the word; and it reminds me that on the right day, the faith given to every man may just bring that man or woman on in to Jesus. The Father still keeps hope for all of the world to be saved in which he so loved: 2 Peter 3:9-10, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.” The Drive To Father Requires That We Shift Faith Gears.

Now back to the true scenario stated above, my faith may have started when I unknowingly put it out to be heard by my friends doing a casual get together; however, I had driven it into some faith substance, and ready or not, the time had come to require that I shift faith gears again. In parallel to the natural, I was about to go uphill, or the speed limit was changing, requiring that I shift gears if I intended to match the gear up with the new circumstances. The reason that I said to shift faith gears “again” is because I had already made my first shift that was needed to let Jesus know that I was now in the game. You see, John 3:16 did show us that the Father so loved the “world,” that he gave his only begotten son; therefore, the grace of God was available to every man or woman in the world. Then once the grace of God had been made available to all, then we have to take the measure of faith given to every man and come to Jesus by faith. This is our first shift with our faith gears as we come from out of the world into the Body of Christ by faith. Since I had already made that shift in my faith gears long before my above scenario, I was now ready to shift into the next required faith gear. So once we make that shift from out of the world, and into the body of Christ, we will be driving in faith operations with benefits not available to the world. The measure faith according to the grace of Christ is always there for every man to use to function in day to day life; and more importantly, to have faith to come to Jesus. However, the rest of John 3:16, “that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life;” well, this requires membership, and membership has its privileges to keep shifting in faith gears. The Drive To Father Requires That We Shift Faith Gears.

So what was the faith substance in which I had driven into, as stated in the above paragraph, that would require me to shift faith gears again? So I do have my membership in the Body of Christ with all of its privileges to keep shifting in faith gears, and I had stated my faith to make it known that I needed to know how to drive a stick shift: one of our privileges is that the Word will just start cherry picking. If there is substances in our midst to help us bring to pass that which we hoped for, then the Word will give the substance a ride to our shores. Romans 10:17, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” My friend heard what I had said making him part of the faith operation because he had substance in which I needed. The next thing out of his mouth was the faith substance, along with the faith to make the word flesh, or natural for my use: the word had cherry pick him in the basket ship, and brought him to my shores by my hearing. My friend said that he had a car with a stick shift (this is faith substance: faith is the substance of things hoped for. I am not necessarily hoping to drive a stick shift; however, I am hoping to get a truck, and the truck requires that I can drive a stick shift: so my friend having a stick shift is him having substance I need for that I hope for. We have to always exhaust the word to full faith, and check out all things that come to us because they may be a indirect key to success. Many don’t check out everything because it is not what they had in mind, and they forget that it is not what they had in mind in which the faith operation is following. The knowledge that I hear that he has a car, does me no good unless I can use the car. In this scenario, I was only required to shift into Word faith, which is beyond Measured faith. Word faith requires membership, and the Word is always glad to give faith substance a ride to shore; especially if the substance and the faith can become one. My friend offered to take me out to the empty lot to teach me to drive his car with the stick: here we have both substance and faith all in the same pick. Now all I had to do was to shift from my functional measured faith into the faith that came by the Word by hearing to bring to pass that which I hoped for: to learn how to drive the stick shift. Now just to leave you with this nugget: my friend could have only been revealed to me to have the faith substance that I needed to bring the thing that I hoped for to pass; whether by my hearing, seeing, knowing, word of mouth, networking, or what have you. He may not have offered to teach me to drive for whatever reason, but he had not said that he would not. This could mean many things, but usually it means one or two things: one is that he is not the substance in which God is going to use, so you keep on functioning until more substance come; and another is that God is going to require that I shift into a higher faith gear with more power to work it out. Then I will enter into my power faith gifted to me from the Holy Ghost, and just come right out and ask him to teach me to drive the stick. The move to power faith gives me the door to open for him to say yes as I shift into the required faith to use what I have need of: here is where I just don’t believe, but I also just have to know that the Holy Ghost has my back. About Adopted son

I went right to college after high school, and earned my B.S. in Business and Commerce with a major in Marketing Research. While I have worked in the Business world most of my life, I was also spending much time growing, maturing, and developing in the Godhead within the Body of Christ. I founded, established and operated in the evenings a Christian based leadership, and Godhead fulfillment consulting group. I also served for years as a leader on the Church board, and ministry staff. My time in ministry with the Full Gospel Business Men, as well as my other engagements, allowed me to see how people of like faith can receive different results in the word depending on the faith activity in which the individual person believes. There are many options of faith substance made available to us in a faith operation, and we need to move into the faith substance in which we believe in accordance with the word of God in which we are standing. My current and long time ongoing mission is to highlight the greatness of my "Heavenly Father," and the mighty power that He has given to His sons and daughters to use here on earth as they move to fulfill the Godhead. We the members of the Body of Christ leave much of our hundred fold on the table simply because we don't fulfill the Godhead unto the Father. Once we take the Word to full faith, it is not over. So let's go for the greater fold, and fulfill the Godhead. And to be a Global Resource Director, I can afford to leave no fold on the table. Adopted son,
