We hear people talk about having their backs up against the wall; and this reference usually means that there is no more room left to maneuver: in other words, deal with what has put your back up against the wall now, or go down by what has put your back up against the wall now. What say you with your back up against the wall? When our back is up against the wall, it has come to this place because we didn’t have our back covered. If our back is covered, our back will not make it up against the wall, because what is pushing us back will be dealt with before our backs ever get up against the wall. We like to believe that our plans will go according to plan; therefore, when they don’t, we find ourselves already being backed up. So how do we keep our backs from being backed up against the wall? We put a padding between us and the wall to keep our backs from being able to get up against the wall. Be Strong With Your Back Up Against Father.
There is but one padding in which we can put between us an the wall, and completely have our backs covered. If we are willing to be strong like glue, and stay stuck to the padding of the Father, he will keep our backs covered as we keep our backs up against him. We need to make Father the wall in which are backs are against; and then we will not make it up against the wall to where there is no moves or maneuvers left for us to make. The problem with relying on anything or anyone else other than God, even unto the Father, to have our back covered is the unknown. There is no thing or no one in which we can put our glue trust in to have our backs covered regardless of the form in which it may come at us. We must build our relationship with God at each level of the Godhead in order to produce the glue needed to stick to the padding. There will be many instances in which we will not feel like the padding is there; but this is where we hold firm to the relationship built with God: the padding of God between us and the wall is there not because we can see it, but it is there because we know that he is there. Be Strong With Your Back Up Against Father.
