The Father is not one for talking out of both sides of his Word; and nor does he have a double standard when it comes to his operations in our lives. God, even unto the Father, is no respecter of person; therefore, he will talk out of the same side of his Word regardless of who the person may be. Acts 10:34-35, “Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: 35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. And while God is out giving all who desire an equal opportunity to fear him, and work the righteousness that is accepted with him, he does not require that we put on a show to let everyone know what it is that he is doing in our lives. Now the Father does not want us to deny Him or his Son in the presence of anyone as they make their abode with us; however, the personal business that we have with the Father and the Son, is our personal business that we have with the Father and the Son. We don’t have to be out with a bull horn letting the world know that our personal prayer time is at hand; and that we will be back at you just as soon as we finish with our prayer time. We are to keep our motivations right when we come to the Father to make our request known to him; and to make sure our reward is one that we need from him, and not the one that we made a show for them. Matthew 6:6, “But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.” Changing Under The Cover Of Father.
In the same manner in which the Father handles our personal business with our prayer life, and his faith operations, is the same manner in which he would like to handle the changes that we go through that brings us into a closer walk with Him and His Son. The Father is not going to handle the establishing of our personal business with him all up in secret; but then go turn to the other side of his Word to handle the processing of our changing all up out in the open if he can help it. The Father would rather keep a lot of the personal things between just He and we; however, if we choose to not walk in the fear of who he is, as well as to not work the righteousness that is accepted with him, then we leave him to do what he got to do. For example, God kept his cover on King David without everything being made for all to know as long as King David worked within the righteousness that was accepted with God. We can say that having already had seven wives before Bathsheba was under the cover of God, but then setting up the killing of Uriah in order to have her would be the straw that broke the cover’s back. The changes that King David went through after that was never under the cover of God the same way anymore, and everybody knew everything. In the garden of Eden, God asked the man how did he know that he was all of the sudden no longer under the cover of God: Genesis 3:11, “And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?” It was the eaten of the tree that was not under the cover of God. God did not ask them if they had talked to the serpent to lose their cover because talking to the serpent was under the cover as being within the righteousness to work that which was accepted by God. God already knew the righteousness that the man would have to work to be in the garden for any period of time, and not be talked to by the serpent would have been much to command. So God would do as a loving God does, and work a lot of our change needed under cover in secret. Then we know what happens after the cover came off. We all know everything that the man did to show that they did not fear God as he should, and how he did not work within the righteousness accepted with God. Changing Under The Cover Of Father.
God almost bends over backwards taking all that he can to allow us to work within our limited righteousness that he can accept. I know, and go ahead and say it: Thank You Jesus for helping us out with our limited amount of righteousness that would have never been enough for the Father to accept. It is true that Jesus did provide the righteousness that the Father needed to cover that in which we could not; however, don’t be mistaken by thinking that our work of righteousness is done. Now that the Father has what he needs from Jesus to cover full righteousness, the Father will be looking to receive the righteousness from us in which we can bear. You see, Jesus took care of the righteousness necessary to receive eternal life in which we did not have in us to give or bear; and now we will show our love for God by delivering the righteousness to him in which we can bear in us. The Father did not say that we did not have to work anymore righteousness that is accepted by him: no, he just said that we didn’t have to work that which we can not bear. 1 Corinthians 10:13, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” I don’t recommend that you do this, but go make a request be made known to God; and then go fail at the righteousness that shows up for you to work out. Then let us know how not working out the righteousness that God is currently allowing you to suffer, in which you are able to bear, is working out for you. Anyway, We all should be happy to know that when we go through changes to grow in the Lord in which we are able to bear; and we work the righteousness accepted with him, the pain that we feel will be kept in the cover of the Father in secret. Our world does not have to be made privy to all that we go through as the change brings the new you. Now, the Father loves to show the good things that come out of us working the righteousness ask of us in which we can bear. And if keeping most of the humbling things in secret as we work the righteousness that he asked us is going to be accepted of the Father; well, I say to each his own bear.
