In the beginning of creation as man was placed into the mix, there was not much lead way given to the newly created man when it came to making bad decisions. This was highly due in part to the fact that God did not have much experience with his creations running off, and making bad decision. The way in which God saw it was that he would give his Will through his Word, and all the creation with an ear to hear would just do it. This sounds all great and all if this is how it would go; and then there would be no bad decision in which to give an account. Now let’s hold our horses for a minute, or one my favorites, let’s slow our roll on this one before we roll too far. I stated how God did not have much experience initially with his creations having to live through a bad decision, for God would have no part of it from early indications. We can put our finger on two situations made by two of God’s creations that did not only result in being bad decisions; but they both resulted in being complete game changer in the worst of ways for both of them. These two bad decisions came from two completely different types of creation: one type was an angel, a spiritual being; and the other type was a man, a natural being. The way in which God handled both was quite similar. Once the angel had made his bad decision, he and his followers were just kicked out of heaven; and when man had made his bad decision, the man, both male and female were just kicked out of the Garden of Eden. So on both occasions of having your creations make bad decision, there was a whole lot of kicking out of going on. The angel with the bad decision, was like a person going to prison with no chance of parole ever. The angel could never regain what he had lost for the rest of eternity; however, he would one day spend eternity in the lake of fire. The man on the other hand, things didn’t look to good for him at first after the bad decision in which he had made. The man was not only kicked out of the garden, but for now, he was denied the opportunity of Living Right Again, Through A Bad Decision.
Let’s look at what God said at the time to his reason for kicking the man out of the garden, and from regaining what he had lost through a bad decision. Genesis 3:22-24, “And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: 23 Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. 24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.” So at that time, God did not let man take from the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever. The combination of the man eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, along with him possibly eating from the tree of life, was not going to happen anytime soon. And it indeed was no time soon in which man was able to take from both trees on his own without being spoon fed by a Prophet, Priest, King, Judge, or from the great Patriarchs such as Abraham, the father of faith. These are many of the main ways in which God allowed man access to his great fulness over time since the fall in the garden; however, the day would eventually get here to where each person would no longer be kept away from personally eating of the tree of life as each desired. John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Once Jesus came, the day was at hand; and we could now eat from the tree of life to live right again, through a bad decision. Jesus did pay our sin debt once and for all, and when we come up short now, we can keep living right again, through our coming up short. There are no Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life from us when we come up short or make a bad decision. We can come to Jesus as much as we need to, for he has insured us that we can keep living right again, though we may have come up short. Father wants us to know that we can come full circle even when we did make a bad decision. When you make a bad decision, you will have to live through that which was not meant for you; but you will get to live right again. So how do you get back to the good that was meant just for you after you make a bad decision or come up short? When we make a decision that is not according to God’s Will for our lives, this does not mean that the decision made was not truth for someone. Here is where you will begin to come full circle as you live through the truth not meant for you, as it became yours by way of your making the bad decision. So to live right from a bad decision, just live out the truth in that decision; and the Father will bring you to full circle to where you need to be now. Living Right Again, Through A Bad Decision.
