There are those who ask me all the time how do you know if something is part of the answer to your request made known to God? Well, you should know if what you have knocking at your door, is coming as an answer to the request that you made. For example, if I had just ordered a pizza to be delivered about thirty minutes ago, and I can see a car with the pizza logo pulling up in front of my house before I hear any door bell ring; open the door for that’s clearly my pizza. I am not trying to be funny, but that is really how it works when the Father has put the process of answering your request into action. It really is just like ordering a pizza, “The Father Will Send You What You Like, or That Which You Hoped For. It says it right there in scripture: Matthew 7:9-11, “Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? ¹⁰ Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? ¹¹ If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” So just like it is when you make your request be made known to the pizza person in the parlor, then the delivery person deliveries to you that which you like or hope for; similarly, when you make your request be made known to the Father in Heaven, then the delivery Godhead member, the Word, deliveries to you that which you like or hope for. It is almost the exact same execution of request to be made known: you request it, they receive it, and then they deliver it. Now let me give you one thing that the Father in Heaven and the person in the parlor representing the pizza company both have in common; and then that which the both of them do not have in common in order to see why one is clear to us when it arrives, and some of the time we have no idea when the other will or has arrived. The Father Will Send You What You Like.

So let us do the easy one first: the one that they both have in common. I will get you to help me with this one by pulling on your own personal experience along with me as I pull on mine. Okay let’s go: I have ordered many and many of pizzas in my life time starting way back in college. I was a marketing research major in college, and I used every bit of it in the business world to out achieve most others. I am here to tell you that the percentage numbers that come up on the dependability of pizza deliveries to me over my life time thus far, are just staggering numbers. I can only think of one pizza that did not make it to me in the way that I hoped it to be, and the company resent it out: so I am really looking at the upmost in dependability here. How about those of you who qualify with more than twenty five pizza deliveries? I don’t want you to worry if your numbers are low because of your age being low: ordering twenty five pizzas will be nothing to surpass once you hit college, have a family, or become head of your department at work. Now to the Father in Heaven: since the pizza parlor will not trust me like my Father does to work with him when he works, I have to substract all the times that my Father had the substance ready to deliver to me what I like, but it passed me by because I didn’t stop it from passing me by when it was delivered to me to finish the work. I found out from my research with others that they didn’t know that they were to assist the Godhead member in his work. And there it is right there in scripture spoken by the Word himself made flesh: John 5:16-17, “ And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day. ¹⁷ But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.” Yes, we are going to have to forget about what any others may say, and make sure we get done the things that the Father sends our way to finish up what we like, or hoped for. You can bet that the pizza company will not be letting any of its non-members help make any pizza; plus it’s too much of a legal risk to have us do anything other than to deliver the already finished product that we like to ourselves. So now with the correctly adjusted numbers, the Father’s percentage numbers that come up on his dependability are also just staggering numbers. Since they both are so staggering dependable, let’s look at what they don’t have in common to get the answers that we need to make it clear to us when we should be working with the Godhead member also. The Father Will Send You What You Like.

We have already touched on why at times that it is not so clear if the Word is still being worked out, or if the Word has finished being worked out. I did say in one of my post this week that if the Word has not been made flesh or made natural for our use, then we are not done working it out yet. We do not want to return back to the Father his Word void, and not accomplishing that which it was intended to do. We must believe that he is as much or more of a rewarder to us of that in which we like or hope for, just as the pizza company is at rewarding us that which we like or hope for once we give them our dough. lol. I couldn’t help myself: give them dough for dough. Okay, I stop it. However, Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” So with it in mine that he that cometh to God with a request to be rewarded with that in which he likes or hopes for, and that he cometh to God must believe that God will reward, let’s look at what is not common with the Father, and the pizza parlor. They both achieve such staggering numbers of dependability while bringing to pass that which you hope for in two totally different ways. The way that the pizza parlor does it’s product is similar to the way most of the other earthly companies bring to pass their products also: they have them mostly or completely finished when they deliver them to you. When you get your pizza, there is nothing left for you to do but sprinkle and eat that which you like or hoped for. And this is why it is so clear, and this is why the operation is complete. The Father may have a few operations that run that smoothly, and that quickly; but for the most part, you will help put together that in which you like, or hoped for. So when you are alone all by yourself after your request is made known, you gotta ask yourself the question. Do I believe that I am going to give the Father all the time that he needs to bring to pass this request that I like or hope for; or am I really going to look elsewhere to get what I like or hope for sooner? And you don’t have to say this to the rest of the world, but you want to be true to you. If you are not up to it this round, go the ways you know and get something, and not waste your time to get nothing. You may not want to hold on to dough for two weeks while the pepperoni makes its way to you. And you may not have time to run across town to pick up the cheese that you need whenever it may come in. You see, like with the pizza and most things of the world system, if you got the means then you can get what you like now already made ready for use. And that’s another key point that keeps us form being clear at times; if you can get it done yourself with your natural resources, then get it done yourself, as God will not becoming to do what you have the resources to do. The Father will not even spell lazy, so he had a whole scripture dedicated to the lazy we serve: 2 Thessalonians 3:10, “For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.” So we should gladly make all request be made known to the Father in which we can’t do ourselves, and we should be ready to help him work the substances that he brings to give us what we like, or hope for. To be clear, if you are not sincerely hoping that God will reward you, then there will be no substance for you to work with to have your Word made flesh, or made natural for you to use: Hebrews 11:1, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Where your true hope lies is where your substance to work will be: so remember that you can’t finish working the Word out without the substance to make it flesh, or natural for your use. The Father Will Send You What You Like.
