The thing that I love about working within the Father’s kingdom system, that is different from working within the world’s system is this: in the Father’s system you just owe what you already have to give now. And if there be any overages which are due now, you can clear that all up immediately if you be willing to produce fruit payments for the system as the request comes forth. And in the world’s system, you still just owe what you have already agreed to on that piece of paper, but it’s owed now; and it’s owed regardless of what you already have to give now, or not have to give now. And there is no way provided by the world’s system as it is by the kingdom’s system to handle that which is due now or in overage now, now; even if you were willing to produce whatever means the system provided to make extra payments for overages into its system as the requests came forth now. So if I was going to build something new, or do improvements to an existing structure, I would find it much more attractive to be billed first, as meaning paying for what I needed as I needed it, with what I already had for it; and then just enjoy building what will already be mine when I finish it. In the world’s system, it seldom works out that way; you get your to be billed list, or business plan approved for financing, and then you build to continue to be billed until you have paid it off years later: it’s just the way it is, unless you be rich, or you be in the kingdom’s system. The truth be known, one doesn’t work without the other, it’s just the matter of how you use one along with the other. I prefer to use what I already have to use to get the party started in the world’s system, and then I transfer over to the kingdom system to finish up. The reason why you start with the world’s system first is because it is a system of limitations, and if you are going to be limited anyway, you should be limited in that in which you can control. For example, I can come up with down payments already, I have the credit with great history already, and I can show the means to meet payments deep into the future already; these are all limited criteria in which I have already, so this is where I want to assume control already before I jump into the Kingdom’s system, where there is no control or limitations. And you want to make sure that you exercise all of your control that favors you in the world’s system before you turn it over to the Kingdom system. And don’t forget about how Ananias and Sapphira messed up their good intentions simply because they did not exercise the control over what was theirs, whilst it remained theirs to control: Acts 5:3-4, “But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?⁴ Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.”

Now we all know that we have to give the world’s system that which belongs to the world’s system, and we also know, even if we don’t always do it, that we need to give to God that which belongs to God. And I am not just speaking of money, as we saw in the case with Ananias and Sapphira: it was the lying about the money that got them in trouble, and it was lying about that which was in their power up front to be truthful of their will, and live. I don’t have the post time to go into this part today, but if they were not giving the money in faith anyway, then they were already in big sin trouble with God: Romans 14:23, “And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.” Anyway, as I must stick to “Bill It First, And Then Build It.” The thing about billing it first with the Father is this, once you put up a word in prayer to the Father, a whole lot of things go into motion in order to bring to pass that in which you just billed the Father in prayer. Yeah, as you are praying away with request unto the Father, he will begin sending all the resources your way to use in which you have already paid for. Oh, did you just think that Hezekiah received those fifteen additional years added to his life out of the goodness of the heart of God? God couldn’t just do that for him out of the goodness of his heart because that would be showing to be a respecter of persons; and then God would have to go and wake up many many people that had given that same request. Now many other people who did not receive additional years when requested back then and up to now, did not sin more, or were less worthy than Hezekiah, but you have to have the bill paid up to have that pulled off. And fortunately for Hezekiah, he talked to an anointed prophet who talked directly to God himself, about an also anointed Hezekiah himself at that time: Priest, King, and Prophet. And to know all that he did know, along with the bill that he requested of God to build the additional years, Hezekiah had the anointing and the qualifications required by the kingdom’s system to have it already paid: Isaiah 38:2-3, “Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed unto the Lord,³ And said, Remember now, O Lord, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.” Bill It First, And Then Build It.

The great news for you and I is that we now have access to the power ourselves in which we can also now, Bill It First, And Then Build It. Do you remember when Jesus was frustrated because of the lack of Power Faith to cast out the evil spirit from the boy with the Apostles, and really for everyone, just the fact that he was the only one who could Bill It First, And Then Build It at this moment? Matthew 17:17, “Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me.” This is one of those times when the Apostles needed the faith themselves in order to free the boy, as Jesus was little busy; but the Holy Ghost had not yet fallen for this generation. I have more great news, the Holy Ghost has fallen already, and we too can do what we need to do to Bill It First, And Then Build It. I remember years ago when I was first learning to walk with the Father where I could Bill It First, And Then Build It. I was in the process of purchasing a new home, and I remember the prophet telling me that it was taking so long to complete the approval process because I had asked God to do so much: yeah, I sent the Father up a big bill request first, then I went forth to have the bill built. We want everyone to know, in the world’s system, real money is required to make things happen, spiritual money not manifested in the natural will not help you. Now that being said, just because money, in some acceptable form, is required to answer all things financial, it does not mean that you will be paying it with your own money. One of the reasons that house was taking a little longer to close on is because I had sent up the bill for some of my debt to be reduced first. I wanted to have a more of my debt removed so that making the mortgage notes would be easier. Now this is really not a problem for the Father to handle; however, how much of a problem for me to handle is the real question? Can I produce the patience, and the faithfulness to stick with the bill that I presented to the Father to build, or will I become weary enough to lower my bill expectation to move on with the best version that I can get? Well, there is no moving on for me: as long as the Father is building my bill, I will wait for him to finish. Sometimes it’s this one move holding up everything, and the Father may have to create a distraction to get it to move, but it will move if you will wait. Well, I ended up getting my entire bill to the Father, build. There are things in which the world’s system must remained limited to, but there is nothing that the Father’s kingdom’s system must become limited to. So when the situation arises that you have his support on, just go ahead and let him work with you to bring it to pass, and Bill It First, And Then Build It.
