We must get closer to being on the same page with the Father if we are to live life according to his plans. If the Father is seeing us to be one thing, when we maybe seeing ourselves individually to be another thing, how can we work together to achieve the same outcome on the things we both hope for? We can not accomplish the Will of the Father if the most important entities, the sons and the daughters, along with the Father, are not in agreement in the earth. The closest we can get to as a doable operation of faith between the sons and daughters with the Father would be like the one we have naturally in the parent and child relationship. In the relationship between a parent and a child, the parent sets the faith to follow from birth. It’s the expected responsibility of the parent to pave the way in which the child should go, and to provide for the child until the child reaches young adulthood. The Father in Heaven would probably be tickled pink if he could get that type of relationship with us for even a little while, as we just naturally follow the path from his faith as he lays it out. In that type of relationship there would be very little gap between the faith of the Father, and the faith of the child because we both would be in the faith set by the Father from the beginning, and the will of the child would remain in tact to eventually have the choice of free will. The other models would not be as doable as the parent and child model is because our will would not come into play. If we were to follow the Angelic, or the robotic model, there would be no gap between the faith of the Father, and the faith of the child, but that model would not leave room for our free will to eventually come into play at all.
So here we are today, with a faith Gap between us and the Father. What’s a child to do? We grow up to become young adults ready to exercise our free will and legal rights, but only after years of taking in knowledge from every aspect of life in which we are now expected to follow the path that best fits the faith in which we believe. By now, the Father’s path for our lives is so buried beneath all that knowledge, until we just do a side bar with him ever so often, just to keep him in the loop. Here’s the deal, the Father knows that we love him as best we can, but the knowledge between us is too much to overcome all on our own. This was a concern of his even from the beginning as his lack of experience with the man proved to be a costly set back. If the only disobedience to occur in your kingdom was done by a renegade angel, an almighty God might not see the man that he created coming to be a problem. I can only imagine the thought process, I create you in my image and likeness, I give you everything that you need, and I tell you to just go dominate and multiply the earth: sounds like a good deal to me, so sign me up. And now, there is just one shovel that will move all of that knowledge to the side, and allow us to close the faith gap with the Father. The shovel is called Trust. As we process the Word along through the Godhead in order to bring the Father’s Will to pass, we will feel the weight of the knowledge as it tries to smoother out the life we seek. Each of us will have to unpack the trust shovel from our relationship backpacks, in which we have carried up to this point. We will have to pick a pile of knowledge as it piles in our way, and just dig right through it with our shovel of trust. We know what it is that we hope for, and we will just need to dig through the pile of knowledge until we uncover the life we seek. The only way now for man to agree in faith at the Father level is to trust him to bring us to the finish. Jesus has already cleared the way for us, and now we will need to trust our way into that which he has cleared.
