Satan does not see the members of the Body of Christ as children still on the milk of the word anymore, and neither should we. No, he sees us as grown, Fathered up sons and daughters, who should be approached with caution. The enemy is aware of what time it is, and he is also aware that the Body is not yet functioning up to speed in that time. The reason that he approaches with caution is to make sure that he does not pick the wrong son or daughter to pick a fight with today. If we are functioning in our proper state, we are more than ready to represent the Will of God at the Father level. It’s like in Martial Arts, a yellow belt Martial Artist is not yet expected to be as skilled in the arts of combat and self-defense as a brown belt Martial Artist would be. Now a member of the Body of Christ In parallel, in having only matured in the Word of God, is not yet expected to represent God’s Will in skill to profit withal, and fruit production to not just start in faith, but continue to doubt not when things appear dire, as a member who is mature in both the Word, and the Holy Ghost would be. The enemy approaches with caution because he knows what he will be up against, if he runs into one of us who also knows what the enemy would be up against. No matter what may come at us in our daily walk, once we know who we are, and who we represent, there is no reason to fear whatever comes next because we truly know that there is nothing too hard for God. And depending on the fullness of God in which we have obtained, we also know that there is nothing that is too hard for God with us now in the mix. It’s not like it was in the beginning before man was created where God just said the Word, and the Spirit moved, and there the Will be. No, now when the Godhead goes through that same process, guess who’s coming to the ride along also? Yep, you and me: man.
It really would make a difference in our walk if we as a Body of Christ would act our age. We need to go ahead and drop the little timid kid on the play ground act, and just Father up as sons and daughters ready to be all that the Father needs us to be. We should be happy simply because we are sons and daughters of the most high. That along should have you bouncing where ever your path takes you each day, that is, if you know who you really are? You know the thing that I like about Hip Hop is attitude. The Hip Hop Artist walks and talks with what we would call swagger, but what it really is, is the engine within each one of them that drove them to survive the life that chose them. They know that they know what they are talking about because they drove right through it. Their life is no imagination or things hoped for, but it is the truth from the facts of a life that each lived. We Christians do face things in our life, but we usually get to have a choice in the matter of how we want to deal with it. Unless it is a sickness, or something that just came up on us out of no where, we don’t drive through it if we can avoid it. You see, when we get caught every once in a while with no choice in the matter, of course we are going to be in the Christian way; but what if everyday forced you to really make a way out of a tough no way, and you had no choice but to go through it, now you got something to talk about. We as a Body should be all Fathered up by now, but we have choices in most things, and we take the choice way out. Hey, if we were Christians in a less developed nation, we could Father up much quicker because there would not be near as many choices available to save us. I once told you about a meeting that I had with a couple of Pastors who had also faced evictions. We all had other choices, and did not have to face it. I was the younger one at that time, and I asked, how are we to know if the Father would kill the eviction, if we run from it? Remember, if you can’t run from it, you get to live through it, and then talk about how you survived it. I told them that I had other choices, but I didn’t run because I needed to know that God is with me; so now I can talk about the engine within that drove me through that which I chose not to opt out of.
If we Father-up, it just means that we do more than stand on the Word level, but we meet the enemy whenever he shows up. I was reading in a book where the author had stood up to an attack by Satan on one of her friends on a public bus, and did not run, but sent Satan off and running: now she has something to talk about. I have been blessed to have not been hospitalized ever in my life, so I don’t know how the fight is with God when there is no choice to make. I did have a torn meniscus about four years ago, and the doctor said that he had one also, and that he did not, and was not going to have the surgery. You know, he that has an ear, let him hear the Father-up level calling. You know what happened next, as I always got to know: faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Once I heard a doctor tell me that I could still run on my knee without the surgery, I knew that the Father was giving me an opportunity to Father-up. In the earth, the Will of God must come through a person born in the earth, which is one reason Jesus was sent. The Will of the Spirit Father, is not authorized here on earth by the prince of this world. That is why the Father uses our will: if I choose to replace my will, and to do his Will, that gives the Father a legal passport into the earth into our lives. So once I heard it from a legal passport holder, the Doctor, in the earth that I could be alright to run, if I passed on the surgery, it was Father-up time! I am always ready to step up from the Word into action, when I hear that I have the legal passport to bring the Will from Heaven into the earth by replacing my will with it. It was amazing how I had one of the few Doctors on that day to give me the word that I needed to take on the opportunity to Father-up. The shattered cartilage in my knee felt like sharp knives sticking me as I painfully walked on it the next couple of months, and then it came. To end this story, four years later, It came to where I run an average of five miles three days a week, and roller skate one day a week once the rinks re-open back up. It is not easy to become a black belt martial artist, and it is not easy to become skilled at the Father-up level. It is about the choices we make, and it is the Will of the Father that we always bank on him: So Let’s All Be Who We Are, And Let’s Be Fathered Up Now.
The Father Still Does Love To Do The Body Good.
