Fathertime: Father Makes Room For The Room You Make.

What room are you making for yourself as a member of the Body of Christ to be productive in our society? A high school diploma along with something: college degree, specialized training, a proud member of the armed forces, realized talent, or whatever you choose to do, is how you enter into the race for a place in America’s crowded space. Especially in today’s world with all the international competition coming to make room in the crowded space, you need to have more going for you than ever before. I told my wife how I had taken three years of Spanish back in the day starting in high school, and taking another year while in college. Now that is a move I made that would help me today living on the west coast where the ability to speak a dual language makes room for you in a crowded space. If I knew back then what I know now about the expanding demographics of American society, I would have gone ahead and taken additional years of Spanish so that I would have been fluent in the language. You know where I am headed with this, but I wanted to establish a natural foundation before jumping all spiritual with it. Many Christian people seem to forget that they grew up with natural abilities that they were good at, and improved at, but while growing closer to God, everything became Spiritually confusing as to what do we do vs what does He do for us to make room in society’s crowded space.

I know I know, and I know that verse very well because I use it for myself: Philippians 4:19, “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” You will need to do more than just know this scripture. The scripture is correct of course, God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus, but it does not explain to you how to handle the “according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” If you are sitting around just hoping as you continue life as is, then there will be no room made for you in those crowded spaces for you to make room for the supply you need. Many of us believe to an error that there are riches in a glory chamber waiting to be released as we submit our request needs to God. My question is, how is that working out for you? I already know that answer: it’s not working out efficiently enough. What’s the saying, a broken clock get’s it right twice a day. I know many broken clock Christians that get their needs met twice a day, but the rest of the day is where they are feeling the pain. I started this post on the natural because of it’s importance. We need our natural abilities so that God can add his super abilities to it making it supernatural. The scripture tells me in Proverbs 18:16, “A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.” You must do what you do with what the Lord has given you as a gift, and it will make room for you in the crowded space to get the supply that you need. You must also use those natural talents that you were so good at, and the Father will make room for you to use them for benefit. Here is where we need to really see the examples of Jesus on earth as he supplied the needs of the people according to the Father’s riches in glory pulled off by the gifted, talented, and anointed Christ Jesus. And don’t forget, when Jesus ascended up on high, he gave gifts to men, and those gifts were anointed. We will have to team up some of those gifts of men to get certain things done because Jesus is the only head member of the Body that was given the fullness of God in bodily form. Even in the scripture when God gave men talents to expand, they already had the talent at green light: what he really gave them at green light was the opportunity to expand those talents now. There are times when we need room made now for the supply now, and this is when we go and put our talents to work to get the supply now.

Back to Jesus, and the suppling of needs according to Father’s riches in glory by Christ Jesus. This will be quick, clear, and to the glory point. lol. When the scripture says God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus, God is not talking about his riches stored up in heaven’s inventories. No, He is talking about the riches that went into bringing to pass that which you needed to have supplied while bringing glory to his name. The according is all that you do on the set to supply the need while bringing him glory. Jesus fed the 5000 according to God’s riches provided(two fish and five loaves, and by a child) in bringing glory to his Father. Jesus made room to raise Lazarus according to God’s riches provided (by waiting four days, calling the family to the grave sight, thanking the Father for hearing him, and calling Lazarus to come forth) in bringing glory to his Father. All that Jesus did was according to the riches that God’s provided as resources on the spot, according to the will for the need, along with the fullness of God in Jesus to get it done, as all of these elements show the Father in glory. You and I will have room made for us to supply our needs according to the Father’s riches provided (by talking again to the person in charge, going on when others say not to, and putting your hand to whatever is there) in bringing glory to the Father. We were given gifts, anointing, natural talents, favor from man and God to call on, and he will supply any resources needed according to his riches. God has a way of confounding the wise, and making his riches go unseen by them. You and I need to know that He will allow us to see these riches that we need, so that we can bring glory to the Father.

The Father Still Does Love To Do The Body Good.

About Adopted son

I graduated from college some moons ago. I worked in the business world most of my life. I founded, established and operated in the evenings a Christian based leadership and special tactics consulting group. I also served for years as a leader in the Church which allowed me to see how people of like faith can receive different results depending on what the individual person believes. However, my current and ongoing mission is to highlight the greatness of my "Heavenly Father's" mighty power that He has given to His sons and daughters to use here on earth. I should be one to share on this power since I have learned of it through the experience of my many mistakes, trials and tribulations. Whether by default, learned behavior or by acquired faith, I was allowed to know of this power first hand so that I could speak of it! Adopted son and Number 1 Fan of Father
