It was a great idea you know, to judge your little buggers by your own covers. Since God was the first to do it, I will show him that I am my Father’s son, I will extend grace to him by wiping his sleigh clean. As many times as he has given me a fresh start, the least I can do is give grace to him one of the very few times that I can somewhat qualify the opportunity. I’ve been a first time parent before also, and you do learn a lot of things on the common sense fly. And although I am talking about God, I can read up about his early start with Adam and Eve, and I almost get the impression that after that eating of the apple fiasco by those little buggers that they almost got kicked out of the garden house. Oh, I am sorry, I stand corrected. They did get kicked out of their little garden house, and God gave them acres of acres of land to work it out. OK, where am I going with this? Let’s get there. That was fun writing!

OK, this idea to not judge his buggers by his covers anymore came from these two little innocent scripture verses in Genesis 1:26-27, “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27, So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” You see, it was a great idea to create a son and a daughter, and make them to be like Father, like son and daughter. Then God immediately judged them to have dominion over everything just based on making them in “His” covers: he made them in his image, after his likeness. Even I can understand God’s thinking here, it doesn’t take a rocket Seraphim to know this: I can imagine him thinking, I give them my image, after my likeness with dominion over everything, and everything is going to be as I say. And don’t forget, God just finished that stretch of let it bes over the past six days, where everything was as he had just said it to be: e.g. let there be light, and there was light. So after the streak that God was on, I guess that him being God, wouldn’t see any problem. The one difference in that stretch of let it bes where all became as God said is that there were no humans involved in any of the let it bes up to that point. No, just on the last day of work, and more on the latter end of that sixth day did God the proud papa create the first of his little buggers.

So there was God standing with his own covers on, with matching cover-fits for the future Chief operating officer of the Garden of Eden division of the Kingdom of God along with his wife. Now, not looking to know, little did the all knowing God know that trouble was on its way. It was spirit breaking for God to find out that with all the covers of his image, and after his likeness, that the Garden would be all that Adam and Eve could bear as humans. This was really only phase two of Adam’s testing: he had successfully named all of the Animals in phase one and made it through. Now Adam was about to meet the deadly sin virus for the first time with only the image of God, after God’s likeness as covers; and just like with any vaccine covers on humans against the deadly sin virus, you have to complete phase three first, and look at the faith data before judging its success. After Adam and Eve fail to resist the sin virus in the garden, bless the little buggers’ heart, God’s covers were removed, and they replaced God’s covers with fig leaves covers that they had sewed together. I know that I am my Father’s son because like my Father, I don’t end my pursuit of let it bes either, until full faith has ended. God went through centuries after Adam and Eve working with man to get that success of the let it bes back, but to no avail. One time it looked like Noah’s “BUBBLE” ark, sealed up from the rest of the sin virus, may have had a chance to start all over clean: they all tried hard, but we are not playing horse shoes here, floating close to victory just will not do when it comes to the sin virus. Then long long after Noah, long after Abraham, and after everything else up to it, the law might have been the straw that broke the camels back with God. This is where God may have reached the place that ushered in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only “begotten” Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Yeah, God was at full faith here: he had done everything until there was but one thing left to do to save us, and restore God’s idea of his covers again. So Father sends Jesus on down, and the joy of heaven could be heard as Jesus put together a run of let it bes that made papa proud again. Whatever papa said to Jesus to let be, Jesus with the power of the covers, this time the fullness of God, just continued to let it be until he be finished with it all.

Father found out in phase three testing with Jesus, that phase two with only his will and word would need more power to handle that same sin virus that was back in the garden of Eden, as it defeated phase two testing of humans by Adam and Eve. Jesus results in the garden of Gethsemane proved to be the vaccine with the power to defeat that sin virus in bodily form. Although Jesus did have drops of sweat like blood during this test in this garden, the power added to the spiritual Adam made up the difference. Where the natural Adam was made in the covers of God’s image, after his likeness, not anymore: the Spiritual Adam is his image, and is his likeness with the fullness of God added to him in bodily form to defeat all sin virus. You, and I don’t have the fullness of God in bodily form as given to Jesus, but we can walk in the victory of this new improved vaccine cover this time around: the Father has given us access to the fullness of God through the Godhead. Yeah, we can move in and out of the fullness of God covers as we need to. Jesus even commissioned the original Apostles in person with the will and the word of God, but he also commanded them not to leave until you get the rest of the vaccine coverage: wait for the promise from the Father, the promise of power. We can not argue any point about the word operating to a hundred fold by itself: Jesus the Word himself made flesh gave the order to wait for it. We may have his image by the will and the word, and we may be after his likeness by doing his ways to resemble him, but to let be what he says to be, we need the power of his fullness to cover us. LET IT BE AS IT WAS SAID.
