John 4:23, But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. We in the Body of Christ have all of our needs met. The Father gave Jesus the fullness of God in bodily form, therefore, all that receive Jesus and become members of his body will be partakers of this fullness. You know that Father is still looking for those who can walk with him, and do his will at all cost. Sending Jesus to pay our sin debt also made it possible for the Father to find some born again sons that just might be able to walk with him in spirit and in truth. It’s not quite the same as walking in God in the body of Christ. Jesus has covered all your steps, and prepared a way for your victory. Jesus starts us out on training wheels, on the milk of the word, and we develop over time as we mature in our walk. Father is taking note of those who develop from children into mature sons, and are able to handle the meat of the word without a net to catch them.
Many are called to the Body of Christ, but only a few are able and chosen to walk with Father: it is not a requirement for eternal life. Receiving and believing on the name of Jesus, and that he died on the cross shedding of blood to save our soul by faith is the requirement for salvation. When Father looks at the body of Christ, and see members that can move as he moves with only having the truth, it gets his attention. Remember, Father is not a member of the Body of Christ, he put Jesus in charge of that operation. Jesus has many members in the body that are not required to move when he moves, and everything remains on target for life eternal. Now with Father, you must please him by your faith as did Jesus, and you must move when he moves.
We have seen this behavior pattern from God through out creation. If you showed great faith in your walk, God would seek after you. It is no different today: if you walk in great faith in the fullness of God within the body of Christ, Father will be seeking such. There are checks and balances to not put you in over your head into more than you can bear: Jesus will OK it first before moving you on to walk with the Father. No one will operate from the body of Christ , and then come to the Father to operate only in Spirit and in truth except by the Son first. Jesus knows his members, and Jesus knows which members would be ready to make that leap. Adam named creation, and pretended for a moment to be able; Abraham did not let the Father down even with his close brush with the sacrificing of his son; Noah did a good impersonation of God in making it seem like a day was as a thousand years with him too: it took some faith spending all that time building that ark; Elijah was just taking up in a whirlwind; Enoch in Hebrews 11:5-6 just pleased God, “By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. 6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” These people, and plenty others through out, only had God in Spirit and in truth. They did not have Bibles, and support nets from members in the Body of Christ all over the place. And I am not even going to start naming all the new testament people of great faith: OK, a couple, Jesus, Peter, and Paul. God is the same today, as he was yesterday; the time has come, and now is for him to seek such for a time as now. Is he looking for you?
