Just as you think you know what’s coming next, oops there “it” is: “it” is the thing that you were not planning for or making time to deal with right now. And because of the timing of “it,” the anything that can go wrong door is now wide open for anything to be willed wrong by you. Now this is the time in a day in the life with Father that just gets him all ready to go: you may even get to participate in a spontaneous reaction to your unexpected “it” that says, now faith is if you will. When working with the Father, “it” doesn’t mean that anything that can go wrong will go wrong: it means that “it” just opened the door for anything to go wrong, but if you move with the spontaneous movement of Father now, when faith is, what may have been meant for evil against you, Father meant it unto good.
How do you see Father when you are in his presence? There should be a confidence that you are with the baddest dude in the universe, and therefore there is no fear of anything. I know all that sounds good, but is any of it true with you? If you are not really going to take it there with the Father, you may want to reconsider your strategy. The things that you really need Father for requires for you to trust that he can cover anything that comes at you. We are human, and we will have our testing moments: we may even have a few roosters to crow our way before it’s all said and done. Some reactions are unguarded habits, responses that are automatic that has nothing to do with your faith, and trust in God. Manage your opportunities to your strengths as you walk in the “Word,” and move in the”Holy Ghost.” Nothing is too hard for them: they move when you move. So have them to move on the opportunities that you feel right handed with, or left handed if you are left handed: in other words, God usually provides more than one option, move on the option or opportunity that you believe strongly. Don’t move on an opportunity that makes you do the jitterbug before you even get started good. If you are presented an opportunity to supply a need, but you just don’t have the faith for it, produce fruit of the spirit, say patience and faith, and wait for the next opportunity. God does not get tired, he will continue to offer a solution in which you can apply faith with belief to receive the supply.
Matthew 21:21, “Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.” So you can’t just have faith, and go ahead and jump off the ledge. You have to believe that a water bed, angel, swinging vine, etc, etc, or whatever is going to be there to break your fall. And you will need to have already been line by line, precept upon precept, have safely jumped off a five, ten, fifteen, and twenty foot ledge before you just run jump off of a thirty foot ledge. In other words, where did your trust in God come from during your walking with him? You see, once you have killed a lion and a bear, you have the confidence, and belief to know that you can pretty much kill an uncircumcised Philistine as did David in the Bible. Note, the lion and the bear came first, then he jumped off the big cliff: line by line, precept upon precept.
