Sticking with the example where Jesus feeds the five thousands. There are three types of faith at work here, and you are definitely using two of them already whether you identify them as so or not with the third one on standby waiting to join the action. The first one, and the one that is usually first into action is stated in Romans 12:3. It reads, For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Once you have your “Word” of promise to spread onto the substance, the faith that comes by that word will springs forth from within you from the measure that you had dealt to you already by God. So Jesus was thinking differently than the apostles because he had a measure of faith dealt to him that was a different level than the apostles had dealt to them by the grace given by God. While the Apostles’ measure of faith has them thinking lets send these people away to somewhere, Jesus’ measure of faith has him knowing exactly what he will do: feed them with two fish, and five loads. And remember when you are with good spiritual people, be thoughtful to gauge the level of measured faith that you hear coming forth: it will help you make selections where all may unite as one.

The second type of faith is the unmeasured faith. It doesn’t come by hearing the word, but it comes by preparing the substance chosen to bring the “word” to pass. In this case, the substance chosen to feed the multitude is the two fish and five loaves. Measured faith is not requited to do the unmeasured faith things, but measured faith always leads to the unmeasured faith. Let’s keep this simple enough: unmeasured faith is taking action to prepare for the substance (two fish,five loaves) chosen to bridge over into the third faith: power faith. Once Jesus used his measured faith to select the substance to feed the multitude; he now must make it ready for power faith to move on it. Let’s read it the way Jesus said it in the gospel of Mark 6:37-40. And it reads, “He answered and said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, Shall we go and buy two hundred pennyworth of bread, and give them to eat? He saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? go and see. And when they knew, they say, Five, and two fishes. And he commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green grass. And they sat down in ranks, by hundreds, and by fifties.” Now Jesus has arrived at full faith: he has used his measured faith to chose the best substance in which he believes to get the hundredfold, and secondly he has done all of the unmeasured faith preparation. These two together adds up to him doing all that he can do operating as a man. The bridge has now been built to the third faith: Power Faith. Let’s read on in Mark how Jesus makes this final transfer to the Power Faith.

Mark 6:41-43, “And when he had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, he looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before them; and the two fishes divided he among them all. And they did all eat, and were filled. And they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments, and of the fishes.” Wow, now that is full Faith in action. Of course Jesus had the fullness of the Godhead in bodily form, and once he hit full faith, it was just next for him to shed right on into the gift of power Faith. The working of miracles was involved also, but let’s get the Faith process down first. And don’t forget to know the members of your church body, or prayer group to know which members have which gifts. Many times there are no results because the gift, and anointing needed was not present at the time. The Holy Ghost can move on its own, but try to gather with two or more if possible.
