Fathertime: Rules of Engagement: My Will Be Done!

God didn’t say that doing His will would be easy: He only said that it should be done. Unlike the Government which has a couple of primary rules of engagement to follow when engaging the enemy, Father has just one: my will be done. It’s clear and straight forward. Father wants us to execute the word orders given to us, and bring his will to pass. I hear on the news daily from the military experts that the rules of engagement at times has limited the effectiveness of the air attack. Since you can’t be sure all the time where the civilians are, there are situations where the military are not allowed to fire upon. When the military is able to receive reliable intelligence, it gives them more opportunities to complete the mission without placing people in harm’s way. The Rules of engagement in the kingdom relies on trusting that the word orders given to you does not require more from you than you can handle.

The thing about executing your word orders from God is that you never know what’s next. Now you may know what is next according to the word, but you don’t know which of the many ways to bring what’s next to pass that God may use. The great part of this mystery is the trust that is required between us, and God at all times to pull it off. When God knows that you will remain at your post because you trust Him at all cost, it allows Him to reach way back in His goody box, and bring out something that eyes just haven’t seen. And not only does it allow Him to operate as He wills, but it allows Him the freedom to keep things hidden from the enemy to the last-minute. The spiritual enemies are very shrewd: once you know something, they can access it from you. You have to be very convincing to be able to get a third of the host of angels to walk away from the throne of God. All the enemy has to do is create depression, stress or any number of things in your life for you to just talk, and reveal what you know to whomever will give an ear: guess who will have a representative of his on hand to be the first in line to hear you out?

Rules of engagement whether from the spiritual side or the military side are there to provide guidelines for safety as well as for success of the operation: neither side’s rules of engagement are there to be a hindrance to its operation. This is one reason that God appreciates the trust that He receives from His sons who show the skill level to operate on a need to know basis. If you can charge ahead for God with only what you know as you go, you open up levels of operation that your enemy can’t match. You remember the mission that God sent Moses on to confront Pharaoh called the operation to “let my people go.” Moses definitely went up in there on a need to know basis. What if your briefing with God consisted mainly of take this rod and cast it before the most powerful ruler on the planet, he will harden his heart, and I will handle it from there. Can you take that brief information, and run with it without knowing the what if this or that happens back of plan? If you can just run with that same limited information, then you are ready to march with God under His rules of engagement. You know, the first three times that Moses went to Pharaoh on this operation, and cast the rod down, Pharaoh’s magicians did whatever Moses did with their enchantments. Moses did the serpents, the waters to blood, the frogs, and each time he had to stand there while Pharaoh’s magicians did as he had done. This is the thing that I love about God, He keeps His orders simple, and leaves the logistical complexities for Himself.

Under the Kingdom’s rules of engagement, unlike Moses had done 40 years earlier, you can’t go killing Pharaoh’s chief officer because his heart was harden. Under the kingdom’s rule of engagement, you don’t get to make an unauthorized call to help God accomplish His will. You do get to come back to God to see what He wants you to do next. Under the Kingdom’s rules of engagement you are allowed to produce whatever character from the fruit of the spirit that you need to give God time to work out His plan. After Moses saw the play out from his authorized actions, he could only stay calm and return to base. There is always a bigger plan in progress that does not require our assistance. Matter of Fact, the best thing that we can do for God in the midst of an operation is to make sure that we do not surrender. The fruit of the spirit allows you to control your self because of the ability the fruit gives you to decrease or humble yourself at anytime the enemy increases himself. If the enemy increase himself by hardening his heart, you will have done a great job exposing him so that he can fall right into God’s plan. Under the Kingdom’s rules of engagement, we are the bait that draws the bully out; then we have to be smart not to start the fight, but let God’s plan lead the enemy right into a well-coordinated ambushing by the Red Sea.
No one can wipe the enemy out like God. My will be done.

About Adopted son

I went right to college after high school, and earned my B.S. in Business and Commerce with a major in Marketing Research. While I have worked in the Business world most of my life, I was also spending much time growing, maturing, and developing in the Godhead within the Body of Christ. I founded, established and operated in the evenings a Christian based leadership, and Godhead fulfillment consulting group. I also served for years as a leader on the Church board, and ministry staff. My time in ministry with the Full Gospel Business Men, as well as my other engagements, allowed me to see how people of like faith can receive different results in the word depending on the faith activity in which the individual person believes. There are many options of faith substance made available to us in a faith operation, and we need to move into the faith substance in which we believe in accordance with the word of God in which we are standing. My current and long time ongoing mission is to highlight the greatness of my "Heavenly Father," and the mighty power that He has given to His sons and daughters to use here on earth as they move to fulfill the Godhead. We the members of the Body of Christ leave much of our hundred fold on the table simply because we don't fulfill the Godhead unto the Father. Once we take the Word to full faith, it is not over. So let's go for the greater fold, and fulfill the Godhead. And to be a Global Resource Director, I can afford to leave no fold on the table. Adopted son,
