Those early followers of Jesus that carried on the will of God during their life time never did live to see life after soul with Father. Matter of fact, of these over 2000 years plus since the death of Christ, very few Christian followers of Christ have walked in the era of Father within the Body of Christ. Many have given God their best, but the timing of their birthing within the Body of Christ kept them from the greater things of God. Jesus could always produce the greater things of God because He had the fullness of God given to Him: so it was there for Him to enter into when needed. Even when His mother would ask Him to do things which were not for his time, Jesus being fully God could enter into that which belonged to the Father, and bring it to pass.
In the Garden where Jesus ask the Father if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. Jesus was not the first to come to God with such a plea, but He was the first to come to Father with such a plea. Many have pleaded with God from every dispensation for Him to remove something, or to end something, but Jesus was the first to ask this of the Father. Why is this such a sticking point? It’s a sticking point because Jesus was establishing the model that every one that followed after Him would follow. Jesus shows here in the Garden how even His soul tried to stand in the path of the final victory. There was no doubt in Jesus mind what He was sent here to do, but that did not stop the agony that comes with turning over your soul to the will of the Father. We need to know that life after “soul” is waiting for us, we just have to make it through the battle with the soul.
Moses lost his right to cross over because of his burden with the people that God would not remove. Jonah went 3 days in the belly of the whale because of the directions for him to go to Nineveh that God would not remove. Let’s come forward a bit with this life after soul talk. Paul ask God three times to remove the thorn in his flesh, ok, I think you got it. Life after soul has always been the goal, and it remains the goal for us today. After Jesus got pass the soul, He went on and completed His mission to die on the cross for all of our sins. Ask yourself, am I ready for life after soul with Father? If you said yes, you will probably get another opportunity real soon to get pass your soul so that you, and father can finish up the greater work.
Last bit of exciting information for you. The Body of Christ has developed over time to the point where we can now eat the meat of the word. As Paul mentioned way back in his time, he could only give the milk of the word: Thank God for the development of the Body of Christ! With that being said, we can see things finish in a way that many of those before us could not. Even after Jesus left to be with His Father, many members of the Body was in the development of the Body during the times of The “Word,” and “Holy Ghost” eras of Head ship. We are now in the era of “Father” headship: Father-time. Father will give the Body of Christ the completion that it has been developing toward over all the years: life after soul with father!
